Placement Procedure

How campus recruitment is organised for students

Placement Procedure

Campus placement generally follows a structured process: eligible students register with the training and placement office, attend pre-placement talks and training as required, and then participate in recruitment drives conducted by visiting companies. Shortlisting may involve aptitude tests, group discussions, and technical or HR interviews according to each recruiter’s policy. Students are expected to follow the institute’s guidelines on attendance, discipline, and communication with recruiters throughout this process.

Offer letters, joining dates, and any further formalities are communicated by the company or through the placement cell. Students should confirm acceptance or withdrawal in line with institutional rules so that opportunities can be fairly extended to others in the batch. For detailed schedules, eligibility, and notices, please refer to announcements from the Training & Placement Cell.
